Qualifications

• Minimum 3–5 years of end-to-end recruitment experience.
• Experience hiring non-technical roles such as Legal, Finance, Accounting.
• Strong knowledge of the full hiring lifecycle.
• Excellent organizational and project management skills.
• Good English communication (B1/B2) or higher.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate the recruitment function across non-technical departments.
• Oversee end-to-end recruitment processes, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, candidate management, and hiring coordination.
• Manage recruitment pipelines and workflows with timely delivery and a positive candidate experience.
• Monitor KPIs and track recruitment metrics to improve outcomes.
• Mentor, coach, and develop the recruitment team.
• Coordinate multiple recruitment projects to address hiring needs.
