Job summary

Jobgether SRL, a partner company, is seeking a DevOps Customer Support Engineer based in Spain to work remotely across Europe. You will troubleshoot cloud infra, IaC workflows, and platform issues, guiding customers through configuration and TLS-related tasks.

You will collaborate with product and engineering teams, resolve incidents, and contribute to knowledge bases while maintaining strong written and verbal English communication for diverse customers.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of experience with DevOps tech incl. IaC, CI/CD, Docker.
• Hands-on cloud experience with AWS, GCP or Azure.
• Strong English communication and customer-facing skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical support across multiple channels for complex issues.
• Troubleshoot SaaS and self-hosted environments, including IaC behaviour.
• Analyze logs and traces to identify root causes and reproduce issues.
• Guide customers through configuration, networking and deployment tasks.
• Collaborate with Product and Engineering to escalate where needed with reproducible tests.
• Maintain and improve documentation and knowledge base; participate in on-call.
