Medtronic is seeking a remote Technical Service Specialist for Surgical Robotics to support the Hugo RAS system and DS1 across EMEA. You will communicate complex technical issues to healthcare professionals, start-up specialists and field service engineers from a remote setting.

The role includes occasional on-site training and international travel, with standard hours 8:00–16:30 CET and on-call rotations. Requires engineering degree and 4+ years of related experience with fluency in Portuguese,

Formación

• Degree in biomedical/electrical/mechanical engineering (or medical degree with technical skills)
• Fluency in Portuguese, English and Italian (C1/C2)
• Experience with robotics or motion control in large capital equipment
• Strong organizational, multitasking and problem-solving abilities
• Experience with software troubleshooting and technical issue analysis

Responsabilidades

• Provide remote technical support for Hugo RAS and DS1 to HCP, SUS and FSE
• Lead escalation processes and coordinate field service when needed
• Collaborate with other specialists to troubleshoot complex service requests
• Own documentation and continuous improvement initiatives
• Offer remote support with occasional on-site training domestically and internationally
• Maintain regular hours 8:00–16:30 CET and participate in on-call rotations
