Job summary

CareDx is seeking a Support Systems Engineer to implement, configure, and support our software platforms and HL7 interfaces. You will ensure system reliability, manage ticket queues, and maintain strong customer relations.

Ideal candidates have 2+ years in system engineering, proficiency with SQL/Oracle, SAP Crystal Reports, and AD/VPN. On-call duties apply; remote US-based roles are available.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in MIS, CS, or related field or equivalent experience.
• 2+ years in system engineering, implementation, and automation.
• Proficiency in writing complex SQL queries and managing MS SQL Server & Oracle databases.
• Experience with SAP Crystal Reports and software interface troubleshooting.
• Strong knowledge of Windows Active Directory and VPN protocols (Cisco, Nortel, RDP, etc.).
• On-call one week per month.

Responsibilities

• Deploy, configure, and support CareDx software and HL7 interfaces.
• Troubleshoot OS, databases, and application interfaces; ensure SLAs and timelines.
• Assist with remote connectivity setup and VPN configurations for customers.
• Document configurations and troubleshooting steps for internal/external use.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to optimize system performance.
