Job summary

CareDx is seeking a Support Systems Engineer to implement, configure, and support multiple CareDx software platforms and HL7 interfaces. You will help ensure system reliability, performance, and a seamless customer experience while managing budgets and timelines.

The role requires a bachelor’s degree in MIS/CS, 2+ years’ system engineering experience, SQL proficiency, and VPN/AD knowledge. On-call one week per month is expected. US remote roles with competitive benefits are offered.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in MIS, Computer Science, or related field.
• 2+ years of experience in system engineering, implementation, and automation.
• Proficiency in writing complex SQL queries and managing Microsoft SQL Server & Oracle databases.
• Experience with SAP Crystal Reports and software interface troubleshooting. Strong knowledge of Microsoft Windows Active Directory and VPN protocols.
• Expectation is to be on call one week per month.

Responsibilities

• Deploy, configure, and support CareDx software, including transplant, medication, and patient management platforms.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to operating systems, databases, and application interfaces.
• Support and maintain HL7 interfaces, including filtering and performance monitoring.
• Assist with remote connectivity setup and VPN configurations for customer sites.
• Ensure compliance with SLAs while managing ticket queues and timelines.
• Document processes, configurations, and troubleshooting steps for internal/external use.
