Adikteev is seeking an SRE Team Lead to steer the design, operation, and continuous improvement of our global infrastructure powering billions of ad impressions. You will lead a talented SRE team, define best practices for observability, incident management, automation, and operational excellence, while partnering with development teams to ensure scalable platforms.

Qualifications

• Experience leading SRE or infrastructure teams with ownership mindset.
• Proven track record designing and operating large-scale, multi-region AWS infrastructure.
• Strong background in reliability, scalability, and performance of distributed systems.
• Expert knowledge of Terraform, IaC, observability, Linux, networking, and performance troubleshooting.
• Strong programming skills for automation and tooling.
• Experience guiding incidents and driving lasting improvements.

Responsibilities

• Lead SRE team in direct management, career growth, and tech leadership.
• Oversee a large AWS infrastructure spanning multiple regions and thousands of instances.
• Monitor, analyze, and optimize system performance to handle millions of requests.
• respond to incidents, drive postmortems, and improve resilience.
• Design and refine scaling procedures to support growth with stability.
• Automate infrastructure using IaC and tooling to reduce manual work.
• Collaborate with Backend/Data/PMs to embed reliability across the stack.
• Promote CI/CD best practices for rapid, reliable delivery.
