Job summary

adidas Digital Ecom Tech is hiring a Software Engineer / Senior Software Engineer – Site Reliability Engineering (SRE). You will engineer large-scale, distributed systems to ensure stability and a seamless user experience for adidas web and mobile platforms.

Qualifications

• Experience with Site Reliability Engineering principles.
• 5–7 years in IT with 3 years in DevOps/SRE.
• 2 years leading a team (Senior roles).
• Degree in IT or equivalent.
• Fluent English, good communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead design and build of large-scale, distributed systems for high availability.
• Drive CI/CD strategy focusing on velocity, availability, quality and security.
• Automate to reduce toil and speed up recovery.
• Improve observability and alerting to detect issues faster.
• Define SLIs/SLOs/SLAs and manage service lifecycles.
• Provide on-call incident support and root-cause analysis.
