Runware is seeking a Site Reliability Engineer to ensure high reliability, performance, and resilience as we scale our infrastructure and products for AI workloads. You will work across software, infrastructure, and production operations to improve observability, reduce incidents, and automate key processes.

You will define and evolve reliability practices, monitor SLIs/SLOs, and own incidents from detection through long-term remediation.

Formación

• Experience operating production systems at scale in SRE/Production/Platform roles.
• Strong understanding of distributed systems and debugging across apps, databases, queues, containers, networking.
• Experience designing observability with metrics, logs and tracing.
• Knowledge of SRE concepts: SLIs, SLOs, error budgets, capacity planning, incident management.

Responsabilidades

• Own reliability, availability and performance of critical production services across the Runware platform.
• Define reliability practices, including SLI/SLOs, alerting and production-readiness standards.
• Investigate complex production issues across distributed systems and GPUs, contributing to RCAs.
• Lead incident reviews and drive long-term remediation of failure modes.
• Reduce toil with automation and safer deployment practices.
• Collaborate with Engineering/DevOps on capacity, performance and architectural improvements as the platform scales.
