Pliant is seeking a Senior Site Reliability Engineer to establish the first dedicated SRE function. You’ll standardize reliability practices, introduce SLOs, post-mortems, and incident management, and hire engineers to scale the team.

In this role you’ll collaborate with product and engineering teams, implement production readiness reviews, improve observability with Datadog, and shape the reliability culture as a core part of the software lifecycle.

Qualificações

• 7-10 years of engineering experience with reliability focus.
• Hands-on production or reliability engineering background.

Responsabilidades

• Define the framework for SLOs and error budgets for multiple services.
• Own blameless post-mortems and root-cause fixes.
• Implement production readiness reviews for new deployments.
• Close gaps in observability and alerting; improve dashboards and on-call quality.
• Hire and build the SRE team from the ground up.
