Hydrolix is seeking a highly technical Site Reliability Engineer to join our Services team. You will ensure reliability and scalability of our cloud data platform, deploying and maintaining Kubernetes across clouds, and building robust monitoring and automation.

You will collaborate with software engineering, infrastructure, and product teams to embed reliability into the development lifecycle while supporting customers and driving incident response improvements.

Formación

• Minimum five years of experience in a Site Reliability Engineer role.
• Strong experience with monitoring and debugging tools (Prometheus, Grafana, Kibana).
• Proficiency with at least one cloud platform (AWS, GCP, Azure or similar).
• Experience with SQL databases; PostgreSQL familiarity is a plus.
• Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, Go, or Rust.
• Strong Linux system knowledge including performance tuning.
• Excellent written and verbal communication across diverse audiences.

Responsabilidades

• Deploy, maintain, and ensure reliable Kubernetes deployments across clouds.
• Design and optimize systems to improve reliability, availability, and performance.
• Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines for efficient deployments.
• Develop monitoring, alerting, and incident response strategies.
• Perform root cause analyses and implement long-term fixes.
• Automate repetitive tasks to improve operating efficiency.
• Participate in on-call coverage during weekday hours and monthly weekends.
