Job summary

Pixofix, a visual production studio for AI and 3D imagery, is seeking a SEO/Organic Growth specialist to scale GEO and AI search visibility. You will own the SEO roadmap, drive programmatic strategies, and optimize content and technical health across Webflow-powered pages.

You will collaborate with leadership and production teams to align SEO with demand generation, build content with AI while preserving brand voice, and report on qualified leads through HubSpot.

Qualifications

• 2-3 years hands-on SEO experience with GEO or AI search visibility
• Ability to audit and iteratively improve an existing SEO program
• Experience creating content with AI tools while maintaining quality
• Experience managing programmatic SEO programs
• Working knowledge of Webflow CMS, pages, and on-page SEO
• Experience building automations with n8n
• HubSpot experience for reporting and lead tracking
• Professional-level written and spoken English

Responsibilities

• Own the SEO and GEO roadmap: review current strategy, identify gaps and prioritize actions
• Accelerate a programmatic strategy for SEO & AEO
• Measure and improve visibility in AI-generated answers using tracking and benchmarking
• Plan and produce content (blog, bottom-of-funnel, programmatic pages) with AI-assisted workflows and human editing
• Maintain technical health and indexation, improve pages based on performance data
• Create and manage pages in Webflow
• Design and run automations in n8n for content workflows, reporting, monitoring and internal linking
• Build backlinks and authority through outreach and digital PR
• Connect organic performance to pipeline in HubSpot and report on leads
