Zusammenfassung

Improvado is seeking a technical SEO specialist to own site health and optimization across organic search and AI-driven visibility. You will drive technical SEO, GEO strategy, and conversion-focused improvements, working with engineering, design, and external partners.

In this remote-first role, you will build dashboards, analyze data, and report growth opportunities. The position requires strong analytics skills, experience with BI tools, and comfort aligning with US East Coast hours.

Qualifikationen

• Must have 3+ years in SEO and/or website optimization, with measurable results in organic growth or conversion.
• Strong technical SEO skills and a good understanding of how websites are built, served, and rendered.
• Ability and willingness to work in the Eastern Time (EST) time zone, with working hours aligned to the US East Coast.
• Hands-on experience with GEO or AI search optimization, or a clear, demonstrable track record of working on it.
• Strong analytics experience: GA4, Google Search Console, and BI or dashboard tools (Looker Studio, Superset, or similar).
• You build your own reports and draw conclusions from the data.

Aufgaben

• Own technical SEO and GEO for the site: crawling, indexation, Core Web Vitals, page speed, structured data, rendering, redirects, internal linking, architecture.
• Optimize for AI search and ensure the site is understandable and citable by AI tools and engines.
• Improve site performance, UX, templates, and conversion paths such as demo requests and sign-ups.
• Plan and run experiments (A/B tests, layout changes, messaging tests) and measure impact on conversions and pipeline.
• Collaborate with engineers, designers, and contractors to ship improvements to the website stack.
• Build dashboards linking organic/on-site behavior to leads, pipeline, and revenue.
• Ensure accurate tracking across GA4, Search Console, and related tools.
