Job summary

Pixofix, a visual production studio for AI and 3D visuals, seeks a hands-on SEO specialist to own GEO and programmatic SEO initiatives. You will review strategies, prioritize gaps, and drive content plans using AI-assisted workflows with human editing for brand voice.

You will maintain technical health and indexation, build backlinks, and report on organic performance in HubSpot, connecting metrics to lead pipelines. Remote, international team.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of hands-on SEO experience with GEO or AI search visibility
• Ability to audit an existing SEO program and improve it
• Experience creating content with AI tools while keeping quality high
• Experience managing programmatic SEO programs
• Working knowledge of Webflow (CMS, page building, on-page SEO)
• Experience building automations (n8n preferred)
• HubSpot experience for reporting and lead tracking
• Professional-level written and spoken English
• Nice-to-have B2B services or ecommerce SEO experience
• Programmatic SEO experience
• Basic HTML/CSS to fix things without waiting on a developer

Responsibilities

• Own the SEO and GEO roadmap: review the current strategy, find gaps and opportunities, and prioritize
• Accelerate a programmatic strategy for SEO & AEO
• Measure and improve visibility in AI-generated answers: tracking and benchmarking
• Plan and produce content using AI-assisted workflows with human editing for brand voice
• Maintain technical health and indexation, and improve pages based on performance data
• Create and manage pages and content directly in Webflow
• Design and run automations in n8n for workflows and reporting
• Build backlinks and authority through outreach and digital PR
• Connect organic performance to pipeline in HubSpot and report on leads
