Job summary

Productsup, a Berlin-based company with a growing international footprint, seeks a data-driven SEO & GEO Manager to scale organic search and convert traffic into growth. You will bridge technical optimization, product marketing, and content creation to capture high-intent demand from enterprise buyers and IT decision-makers.

You will own multi-market SEO, manage site architecture, structured data, and AI visibility, and partner with engineering and content teams to drive measurable pipeline

Qualifications

4+ years hands-on SEO, with 2+ years in B2B SaaS/tech.
Deep expertise in technical SEO, schema markup, migrations, and performance.
Proven track record tying organic search to revenue and pipeline.
Experience tracking AI-answer engine visibility (GEO) using specialized tools.
Proficient in GSC, GA4, crawling tools, and SEO suites.

Responsibilities

Own the end-to-end global organic growth roadmap and drive high-quality pipeline.
Lead keyword research for BOFU/MOFU SaaS buyer journeys; brief content writers.
Optimize product pages, blogs, and digital resources using CRO principles.
