Job summary

Pixofix is a visual production studio specializing in AI and 3D visuals for fashion and ecommerce. You will own Pixofix's go-to-market engine, set the strategy, direct the people and partners who execute it, and use data to decide where effort and budget go.

The role is fully remote, with hands-on responsibility for messaging, channel mix, and performance marketing. You will collaborate closely with Sales, leadership, and our SEO/social teams to accelerate growth.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years in growth, demand generation or B2B marketing for services.
• Hands-on email and LinkedIn outbound experience with agencies or external partners.
• Experience overseeing paid campaigns (Google, Meta, LinkedIn) and reading performance data.
• Strong HubSpot skills (workflows, lead routing, reporting).
• Working knowledge of SEO and how it feeds pipeline strategy.
• Professional-level written and spoken English.

Responsibilities

• Own the demand generation strategy and the pipeline it produces, from messaging to channel mix.
• Oversee outbound: manage email outreach and guide SDR on follow-up and lead quality.
• Own LinkedIn outbound strategy, sequences and targeting.
• Oversee paid campaigns (Google, Meta, and/or LinkedIn) and budget with the paid media specialist.
• Set up and maintain reporting in HubSpot: attribution, funnel conversion, cost per meeting, channel performance.
• Work with Sales on qualification feedback to improve messaging and targeting.
• Coordinate with SEO and social teams to support each other and generate pipeline.
• Build and manage partnerships that bring qualified buyers and strengthen positioning.
• Test new channels and offers, and stop what doesn’t work.
