Grafana Labs is seeking a Solutions Engineer to partner with our Sales team, educate customers, and help close complex opportunities across the Grafana platform.
You will own technical engagements, deliver product demonstrations, and translate customer needs into practical Grafana solutions while collaborating with our global, remote-first teams.
The ideal candidate has 5+ years of technical pre-sales experience, outstanding communication, a technical mindset, and must be based in Spain.
Formación
- 5+ years of technical pre-sales experience.
- Be open to various and complex assignments; strong judgment, collaboration and leadership.
- First-class written and oral communication skills for remote teams and global customers.
- Love solving technical challenges and bringing creative solutions.
- Must be located in Spain.
Responsabilidades
- Partner with the Sales team to articulate Grafana's value, vision and strategy to customers.
- Own the technical engagement with customers and help close complex opportunities with deep technical knowledge.
- Deliver product and technical presentations to potential and existing customers.
- Communicate with customers and internal teams to provide product feedback and competitive insights.
- Drive product conversations based on customer needs and problems.
- Help enhance documentation, create blog posts, record videos and knowledge-base articles.
