The Solutions Engineering team enables customer success by understanding requirements, delivering in-depth product demos, and translating needs into Grafana‑based solutions. This role partners with sales to drive adoption and close opportunities.

Formación

• 5+ years of technical presales experience.
• Strong communication skills to explain complex concepts to diverse audiences.
• Resident in Spain.

Responsabilidades

• Partner with sales to articulate Grafana’s value proposition and strategy.
• Own technical engagement with prospects and customers through evaluations and opportunities.
• Deliver product demonstrations, demos, and workshops worldwide.
• Collaborate with Product Management and Engineering to relay customer feedback.
• Co-create enablement content, including documentation and knowledge-base articles.
