Job summary

Prime Insights is seeking a Remote Lead Project Manager to steer multiple SaaS software initiatives from conception to deployment and support. The role emphasizes strategic thinking, Agile practices, and strong leadership to drive high-quality outcomes in a fast-paced global environment.

You will collaborate with engineering, product, and design teams, define scope and plans, and ensure timely delivery while mentoring junior PMs.

Qualifications

Proven track record of managing complex software projects.
Strong leadership and strategic thinking.
Experience leading SaaS development initiatives using Agile practices.

Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end management of multiple software development projects for SaaS solutions.
Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables with product owners and stakeholders.
Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, budgets, and resource allocation.
Manage risks and issues with mitigation strategies.
Facilitate agile ceremonies (sprint planning, daily stand-ups, reviews, retrospectives).
Foster communication between development, product, QA and other teams.
Track progress and provide status updates to senior management.
Ensure timely delivery of high-quality software products.
Mentor and guide junior project managers and team members.
Align stakeholder expectations across all parties.
