Acronis is seeking a highly motivated Lead Project Manager to oversee the end-to-end delivery of complex software development projects in a fully remote environment. You will drive planning, execution, risk management, and governance across multiple teams to ensure on-time, on-budget, high-quality results.

You will mentor junior project managers, promote Agile practices (Scrum/Kanban), manage budgets, and report progress to executive leadership. English fluency is required; Spanish is a plus.

Formación

• 10+ years of progressive experience in project management.
• At least 5 years focused on software development projects.
• Proven Lead Project Manager or senior leadership experience.
• Deep knowledge of Agile frameworks; Scrum Master cert desirable.
• Proficient with Jira, Confluence, and Asana.
• Fluent in English; Spanish proficiency a plus.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage multiple software development projects from initiation through closure, ensuring successful delivery.
• Develop comprehensive project plans, including scope definition, resource allocation, risk management, and communication strategies.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field. Master's degree is a plus.
• 10+ years of progressive experience in project management, with at least 5 years focused on software development projects.
• Proven experience in a Lead Project Manager or similar senior role, including team leadership.
• In-depth knowledge and practical application of Agile frameworks (Scrum Master certification highly desirable).
• Proficiency with project management software and tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence, Asana).
• Excellent leadership, communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong risk management and problem-solving abilities.
• Experience managing budgets and resources for large-scale projects.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a fully remote setting.
• Fluency in English is required; Spanish proficiency is a plus.
