Job summary

Jobgether is seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead the development of innovative SaaS features in a remote-first environment. You will guide cross-functional teams through the full product lifecycle, from ideation to release, applying Agile practices and strong leadership.

You will collaborate with product, engineering, design and marketing to deliver on time, manage budgets, and mentor junior PMs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field.
• 7+ years of experience in project management, with a strong focus on software development, specifically SaaS products.
• Proven experience leading Agile development teams and managing the full product lifecycle.
• Deep understanding of SaaS business models and product development challenges.
• Excellent leadership, communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency with project management tools such as Jira, Confluence, Asana, or similar.
• Experience managing multiple concurrent projects and prioritizing effectively.
• Strong understanding of software development principles and technologies.

Responsibilities

• Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of SaaS product development projects.
• Manage the product development lifecycle using Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban).
• Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables in collaboration with product owners and stakeholders.
• Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, resource allocation, and risk mitigation strategies.
• Facilitate effective communication and collaboration among engineering, design, product, and marketing teams.
• Ensure the timely delivery of high-quality software releases that meet user needs and business objectives.
• Manage project budgets and track expenditures to ensure financial objectives are met.
• Identify and address project risks, issues, and dependencies proactively.
• Mentor junior project managers and contribute to the continuous improvement of project management processes.
• Present project status, updates, and outcomes to senior management and key stakeholders.
