Job summary

Jobgether is seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead the development of innovative SaaS features in a remote-first environment. You will guide cross-functional teams through the full product lifecycle, from ideation to release, applying Agile practices and strong leadership.

You will collaborate with product, engineering, design and marketing to deliver on time, manage budgets, and mentor junior PMs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field.
• 7+ years of experience in project management, with a strong focus on software development, specifically SaaS products.
• Proven experience leading Agile development teams and managing the full product lifecycle.
• Deep understanding of SaaS business models and product development challenges.
• Excellent leadership, communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency with project management tools such as Jira, Confluence, Asana, or similar.
• Experience managing multiple concurrent projects and prioritizing effectively.
• Strong understanding of software development principles and technologies.

Responsibilities
