Indero is a dermatology-focused CRO seeking a Senior Project Coordinator to support site activation activities across regions. You will work with Project Managers, CRA teams and site staff to ensure timely, compliant activation and ongoing study management.

The role emphasizes strong documentation, cross-functional collaboration and mentorship for junior coordinators, with remote and multinational localities in scope.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in clinical research or equivalent experience.
• Specialized graduate diploma in drug development is an asset.
• Minimum 2 years of experience as a Project Coordinator in clinical research.
• Proven Site Start-Up experience in global/multi-regional environments.

Responsabilidades

• Prepare Investigator Sites for trial activation and regulatory documents.
• Establish site activation timelines with sites to meet planned activation.
• Communicate with clinical sites during site start-up.
• Collaborate with other departments to align activities for activation targets.
• Escalate risks to the Project Manager for activation schedule.
• Maintain site documentation and eTMF for activation and study management.
