Indero is seeking a Project Director for Early Phase and Translational Research (EPTR) in Europe with remote work options. You will oversee portfolio-level projects, lead PMs, and drive bids and pricing with a focus on dermatology and rheumatology trials.

The role requires extensive clinical project management experience across multiple regions. Ideal candidates have 15+ years in the industry, including CRO exposure, and strong leadership skills.

Formación

• Minimum 15 years industry experience with at least 5 years at a CRO.
• At least 10 years of clinical project management across all study phases.
• Experience leading multi-country Phase III trials (>10–15 countries).

Responsabilidades

• Oversee a portfolio of projects and PMs to ensure delivery.
• Ensure studies meet client and regulatory requirements.
• Represent company to customers and manage budgets and fees.
• Maintain timelines and tracking tools for progress.
• Mentor and coach project managers.
