Indero is seeking a Project Director to oversee a portfolio of clinical studies and manage Project Managers, ensuring delivery to client requirements and regulatory standards. This home-based role in Germany involves leading proposals, pricing input, and strategic risk management across global trials.

The role requires extensive CRO experience, leadership of large, multi-center Phase III studies, and strong knowledge of GCP and global regulatory guidelines.

Formación

• GCP knowledge and regulatory awareness required.
• Master’s degree is an asset.
• PMP or PRINCE2 certification is an asset.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee a portfolio or program of projects and the Project Managers assigned to operationalize the awarded studies.
• Ensure all studies within a program or portfolio meet therapeutic/client requirements and quality standards.
• Represent the company to the customer, ensuring satisfaction and effective communication of program deliverables.
• Ensure studies progress per SOPs, GCPs, and regulatory guidelines, fulfilling federal and local regulations.
• Oversee study budgets and expenses and financial aspects of projects.
• Maintain and evaluate project progress using timelines and tracking tools.
• Maintain in-depth therapeutic/client knowledge for the assigned portfolio.
• Lead contingency planning and risk mitigation for successful delivery.
• Provide operational input to proposal development and pricing as needed.
• Drive performance improvement and innovative strategies; may provide line-management oversight.
