Indero, a dermatology-focused CRO, is seeking a Clinical Operations Manager in Spain to lead a team of CRA/cCRA and operations staff. You will ensure high-quality monitoring, training, and resource alignment across projects, while maintaining compliance with SOPs and regulatory requirements.

Key responsibilities include coaching staff, managing site visits, tracking performance metrics, and acting as a primary operations contact for sponsors.

Formación

• Experience managing clinical operations staff (CRAs/cCRAs) and supporting personnel.
• Ability to monitor performance, training and development, and resource allocation.

Responsabilidades

• Ensure day-to-day management of the Clinical Operations team and performance objectives.
• Oversee monitoring activities, site visits, and study deliverables for quality and timeliness.
• Coordinate training, tools usage, and professional development for staff.
• Track metrics and ensure compliance with SOPs, regulations, and budgets.
• Serve as the main contact for project teams and sponsors on operations matters.
