Indero is seeking a Project Director to oversee a portfolio of clinical studies and manage Project Managers across global trials. The role requires deep therapeutic and project management expertise to ensure delivery to client requirements and regulatory standards.

Responsibilities include budget oversight, risk mitigation, and active involvement in proposals and business development, with leadership across the project management function.

Formación

• 15+ years of industry experience with CRO exposure.
• 5+ years in clinical project management within CROs.
• Experience with mid-size and large multinational trials across multiple regions.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee a portfolio of projects and Project Managers to operationalize studies.
• Ensure studies comply with regulatory, quality standards, and SOPs.
• Represent Indero to customers, maintaining satisfaction and clear communication.
• Manage study budgets, expenses, and financial forecasting.
• Lead contingency planning and risk mitigation strategies.
• Contribute to proposals and business development activities at project level.
• Provide line-management and mentorship within the project management team.
