Indero is seeking a Clinical Operations Manager to lead an assigned team of CRA/cCRA and support personnel, ensuring monitoring quality, regulatory compliance, and timely deliverables. The role emphasizes coaching, performance development, and resource planning across projects.

You will track operational metrics, manage training, and drive continuous improvement while maintaining strong sponsor and site communications. A dynamic, collaborative environment with growth opportunities awaits.

Formación

• Proven ability to lead and develop clinical operations staff.
• Experience ensuring SOPs, GCP, and regulatory compliance.
• Strong monitoring, coaching, and performance management skills.

Responsabilidades

• Manage day-to-day operations of an assigned clinical team and ensure performance and training.
• Oversee monitoring activities, site visits, and timeline adherence to budgets and SOPs.
• Track metrics (site visits, utilization, reports) and drive corrective actions.
• Provide coaching and mentoring to clinical operations personnel.
• Escalate issues to sponsors and project teams as needed and maintain communication.
