Indero is seeking a Start-Up Manager to oversee multi-country site activation across Europe with a strong focus on timely delivery, regulatory compliance, and cross-functional collaboration. The role emphasizes strategic planning, risk management, and close interaction with sponsors and internal teams.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences, Nursing, or related field (Master's preferred).
• Minimum of 3+ years leading clinical trial start-up activities.
• Proven ability to manage multi-country start-up in a matrix environment.
• Excellent project management, communication and problem-solving skills.

Responsabilidades

• Manage end-to-end study start-up, including site selection, regulatory submissions, contracting and activation.
• Define start-up strategy and timelines with Project Manager and leads.
• Prepare and maintain a site activation plan across countries.
• Monitor progress, address delays and risks, and report performance metrics.
• Lead client-facing calls and serve as main start-up contact with sponsors.
