Qualifications

• Five+ years of hands-on Paid Search/PPC experience, in an agency or international setting.
• Deep Google Ads expertise plus understanding of bidding, tracking, conversion journeys, feeds and commercial objectives.
• Ability to analyse complex data and translate insights into strategic actions.
• Consultative client approach with ability to challenge assumptions and communicate with senior stakeholders.
• Structured, proactive, and independent work style in a remote environment.
• Full professional proficiency in German and English.

Responsibilities

• Own strategy and performance of complex, high-budget Paid Search accounts across multiple markets and platforms.
• Develop data-driven strategies across Google Ads, Performance Max, AI Max and emerging AI Search environments to drive growth.
• Translate performance data into clear insights, prioritized actions and ongoing optimization.
• Advise senior client stakeholders and identify opportunities for profitable growth.
• Lead strategic presentations, workshops and pitches, helping shape best-in-class Paid Search and AI Advertising practices.
