Paired is a premier Google Ads agency seeking a senior full-stack Google buyer to manage ecommerce accounts with real spend. You will own search and shopping campaigns end to end, optimize feeds, and leverage data tools to maximize profitability.

The role is fully remote with direct access to the founder, a high-caliber global team, and weekly mentoring. You will run title/image tests and push for scalable growth while reporting clearly to clients.

Formación

• Proven experience buying Google Ads for ecommerce at real scale with measurable results.
• Elite on search structure, brand vs non-brand split, and keyword research at category/problem/mechanism level.
• Elite on shopping/feeds using DataFeedWatch/Channable or Sheets with strong attributes and labels.
• Habit of running title and image tests at feed level and interpreting results honestly.
• Full-stack Google Ads experience; YouTube/Demand Gen a plus with strong search/shopping.
• Deep data mindset with Triple Whale and Northbeam; optimize for profit.

Responsabilidades

• Own Google Ads accounts end to end, prioritizing search and shopping.
• Build and manage profitable search structure and the brand vs non-brand split.
• Research/top-of-funnel keywords at category/problem/mechanism level.
• Own the feed: build/optimize attributes, custom labels, supplemental feeds.
• Run continuous title and image testing at the feed level and scale winners.
• Grow into YouTube and Demand Gen, scaling deliberately.
• Scale winners and cut waste quickly against real spend; live in Triple Whale and Northbeam.
• Partner with the creative team to test angles and formats against traffic.
• Keep clients informed with clear, honest reporting on performance.
