Lever, Inc. is seeking a data-driven performance marketer for a fully remote freelance role focused on the UK market. You will manage campaigns across Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, Meta Ads, and Native platforms, driving CPL, lead volume, and ROI with autonomy and clear KPIs.

Collaborate with international teams in Account Management, Data, CRO, and UX to optimize end-to-end campaign delivery and test new strategies for measurable business results.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of hands-on paid media experience across Search, Social, and Native campaigns.
• Strong Google Ads expertise; Microsoft and Meta Ads experience is a plus.
• Experience with Taboola or Outbrain is a plus.
• B2B UK market experience encouraged; data-driven with KPI focus.

Responsibilities

• Manage and optimize campaigns across Google, Microsoft, Meta, Taboola, and Outbrain.
• Own CPL, lead volume, lead quality, and ROI metrics.
• Analyze performance and identify efficiency and scaling opportunities.
• Collaborate with international teams in Account Management, Data, CRO, UX.
• Prepare regular KPI reports with clear actions.
• Deliver measurable impact on lead generation and sales outcomes.
