Job summary

GR8_TECH is hiring a senior client-facing professional to protect and grow high-value iGaming platform partnerships. You’ll translate client goals into product and process actions, driving renewals, upsell opportunities, and reliable revenue streams.

You’ll balance client satisfaction with profitability, coordinate across Legal, Compliance, Finance, Product, and Support, and mentor colleagues while communicating roadmap advances clearly.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in iGaming client-facing roles.
• Advanced ability to build, explain, and defend financial proposals.
• English at least B2 level for business communication.
• Deep understanding of iGaming operators, sites, and challenges.
• Knowledge of SDLC and release timing when talking to developers.
• Familiarity with CRM/BI tools and project management software.

Responsibilities

• Own commercial growth plans and lead business reviews with clients.
• Negotiate proposals, discounts, SLA terms, and renewals to balance value and profitability.
• Analyze client ROI using data tools to uncover revenue opportunities and drive adoption.
• Translate client metrics into actionable feedback for product teams.
• Guide onboarding and unblock cross‑functional teams to ensure a smooth experience.
• Deliver product upgrade briefings and communicate roadmaps to clients.
