GR8_TECH is seeking a senior corporate lawyer to lead cross-border M&A, regulatory compliance, and global entity management for iGaming operations. You will structure transactions and coordinate licensing across jurisdictions to support market entries and ongoing governance.

Ideal candidates have 4+ years in corporate law with experience in gambling regulations, cross-border deals, and English drafting. This role offers global exposure, regulatory collaboration, and a dynamic, remote-friendly

Qualifications

• Qualified in civil or common law jurisdiction with 4+ years in corporate law, M&A, or legal entity management.
• Experience supporting cross-border and multi-jurisdictional transactions.
• Strong understanding of corporate governance and international structuring.
• Practical experience with gambling law and regulatory matters in regulated markets.
• Experience with licensing, approvals, or market-entry projects.
• Experience managing legal entities and corporate actions across jurisdictions, including through third-party providers.
• Excellent English drafting, communication, and negotiation skills.

Responsabilités

• Lead cross-border M&A and corporate transactions across geographies focusing on tech and gambling.
• Conduct legal due diligence of targets in multiple jurisdictions.
• Structure transactions and market-entry projects considering corporate, regulatory, tax, and financial factors.
• Coordinate merger clearance, regulatory, and fiscal approvals with authorities.
• Provide legal support through the transaction lifecycle from structuring to closing and post-closing.
