Zexter in Madrid is seeking a Senior Sales Manager to drive the B2B sales cycle for its growing iGaming platform. This hands-on role focuses on prospecting, closing deals and onboarding clients across operators and platforms.

You will leverage an established iGaming network, build pipelines, and represent the company at industry events. The position offers remote-friendly work, a competitive salary, and clear opportunities to influence product direction.

Formación

• 3+ years B2B sales / business development experience in iGaming with a proven track record of closing deals.
• Hands-on experience selling iGaming platforms, B2B technology, SaaS or other complex iGaming solutions.
• Strong hunter mentality and entrepreneurial mindset - you are comfortable building something from scratch, proactively opening doors and creating opportunities rather than waiting for inbound leads.
• Strong communication, negotiation and presentation skills.
• Willingness and ability to travel to industry events.
• Fluent English; other languages will be a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Own the full B2B sales cycle - from prospecting and lead generation to negotiations, closing deals and supporting successful client onboarding.
• Build and develop a strong sales pipeline across iGaming operators, platforms and other relevant B2B partners, leveraging both your existing network and new business opportunities.
• Act as a market pioneer for ZEXTER - identify new markets, prospects, partnership opportunities and sales channels, and develop them from the ground up.
• Create and maintain sales documentation and processes - proposals, commercial offers, pitch materials, CRM processes, sales reports and other documentation needed to make the sales function scalable.
• Represent ZEXTER at industry events and conferences.
