Job summary

GR8_TECH is seeking a strategic Head of Turnkey Platform to lead a core iGaming platform unit for B2B operators. You will own the P&L, drive revenue growth, and shape the strategic roadmap with emphasis on player acquisition, retention, and monetization across PAM, CRM, and Payments ecosystems.

You will lead a multi-disciplinary team, align partners and internal stakeholders, and ensure scalable operations and competitive differentiation in a dynamic market.

Qualifications

• Must have senior iGaming leadership with explicit P&L ownership (5+ years).
• Experience leading large cross-functional teams (100+).
• Deep technical and product knowledge across iGaming platform stack (PAM/CRM/Payments/Bonus engines).
• Strong data-driven decision making and understanding of player segmentation.

Responsibilities

• Own the P&L of the Turnkey Business Unit, driving revenue growth and margin profitability.
• Define and execute a competitive strategic vision for the turnkey offering and translate market insights into goals.
• Measure success through KPIs focused on operator retention, product performance, and BU profitability.
• Validate product innovations (PAM/Payments/CRM) to deliver competitive advantage.
• Simplify the product roadmap and prioritize features to improve user acquisition, retention, and monetization.
• Align content providers and third-party integrations to optimize operator P&L and UX.
• Scale operational processes across the turnkey platform to support high-load traffic.
• Launch competitive Front-end, Apps, and CMS tools to boost end-user engagement and conversions.
• Optimize payments orchestration and KYC/compliance tool integrations.
• Build and mentor leadership across Product, Operations, Partnerships, Payments, and Risk/Anti-fraud.
• Unblock dependencies between IT, Marketing, Sales and other GR8 units to maximize platform value.
• Partner with Sales on high-level negotiations and third-party deals contributing to P&L.
