Job summary

US Signal is seeking a Sr. Help Desk Analyst to provide strong technical troubleshooting and exceptional user support.

You will be the friendly voice on the other end of tickets and a go-to resource for the Help Desk Analysts. You will support end users across PCs, mobile devices and peripherals, coordinate with System Administrators on Active Directory, Microsoft Exchange and Veeam, and help keep our staff productive.

Qualifications

4+ years of experience configuring and supporting MS applications on Windows and Office.
Experience with desktop imaging, inventory, and reporting tools.
Experience supporting file servers and printers in a Microsoft Active Directory infrastructure.
Understanding of networking and security technologies (Ethernet, routers, firewalls, VPN).

Responsibilities

Provide end-user support for PCs, mobile devices, phones, and printers via phone, email, and ticketing system; escalate when needed.
Manage user administration in Active Directory, VPN, Microsoft 365, and Exchange.
Configure and deploy laptops for new hires, manage cell phone plans and devices, guide new employees through core IT systems.
Collaborate with System Administrators to resolve technical issues and support enterprise applications.
Manage inventory and asset tracking, including receiving shipments.
