Job summary

Phiture is seeking a Senior Growth Consultant, PM to own the day-to-day relationship and delivery for one of our largest accounts. You will be the main client contact, guiding conversations and decisions directly with the client, coordinating across PM, ASO, and Creative.

This hands-on role requires deep expertise in paid user acquisition for mobile apps, including GAC, Apple Search Ads, MMPs, and attribution. You’ll analyze performance and mentor junior team members.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of hands-on paid user acquisition experience for mobile apps.
• Fluent in English with excellent client communication.
• Strong data interpretation and decision-making based on metrics.
• Experience leading client meetings and cross-functional teams.
• Independent ownership of client accounts and troubleshooting.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end paid UA campaign management across Google, Apple, Meta ads.
• Own the client relationship and deliverables, leading meetings.
• Bridge PM, ASO, and Creative to align paid and organic strategies.
• Analyze monthly metrics and provide data-driven recommendations.
• Mentor junior teammates and guide POCs on accounts.
