Jobgether is seeking a Senior Creative QA Specialist based in Spain to own final quality control of outbound creative assets, from copy to video, ensuring brand, platform, and regulatory compliance.

You will build structured QA systems, collaborate with creative, strategy, and account teams, and scale QA across a growing agency, shaping standards, processes, and long-term QA strategy in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.

Formación

• Proven experience in quality assurance, proofreading, compliance, or editorial roles within an agency or high-volume environment.
• Strong understanding of compliance frameworks for regulated industries (FDA, FTC, supplements, etc.).
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to evaluate brand consistency across multiple clients.
• Knowledge of advertising platform requirements across Meta, TikTok, YouTube, and related formats.
• Experience building structured processes from scratch (SOPs, checklists, review systems).
• Ability to work under pressure in high-volume environments without compromising accuracy.
• Strong communication and collaborative feedback skills.

Responsabilidades

• Own final quality control for all outbound creative assets before client delivery.
• Ensure compliance with brand guidelines and platform requirements across deliverables.
• Build and maintain structured QA systems (checklists, SOPs, templates).
• Develop tiered compliance frameworks for clients, including high-regulation categories.
• Maintain and update claim libraries and approved phrasing banks.
• Collaborate with creative, strategy, account management, and project teams to prevent issues early.
• Track recurring errors, report trends, and propose workflow improvements.
• Support scaling QA by helping define future coaching, onboarding, and QA structures.
