Jobgether, acting on behalf of a partner company, is seeking a Mid/Senior Web3 QA Engineer based in Spain. You will own testing initiatives across web apps, APIs, and backend services, shaping testing strategies and driving quality across the platform in a remote-first setup.

You will design automated testing solutions, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and advocate shift-left quality while contributing to continuous improvement and technical excellence in a dynamic Web3 environment.

Formación

• Minimum 5 years of Quality Assurance experience, with at least 3 in Web3/blockchain environments.
• Strong expertise in testing REST APIs, backend systems and modern web apps.
• Proficiency with Git, GitHub Actions, TypeScript, Playwright, and Postman.
• Solid understanding of blockchain tech and Web3 trends.
• Experience designing automated testing solutions and QA frameworks.

Responsabilidades

• Design, implement, and maintain testing strategies for REST APIs, backend services, and web apps.
• Develop and manage automated testing frameworks and test suites.
• Collaborate with QA, engineering, product, and leadership to maintain high-quality standards.
• Identify, document, and track defects with timely communication of risks and improvements.
• Advocate for shift-left quality and best practices across teams.
• Analyze product behavior and recommend improvements for usability and stability.
• Create and maintain testing documentation, plans, and QA procedures.
