NN Digital Hub Iberia S.L. in Madrid is seeking a Senior Quality Assurance Engineer to lead QA automation efforts, shape testing standards, and collaborate with development teams across the NN Group.

You will drive automation strategies, build reusable patterns, and coach QA engineers to raise the organization’s testing maturity. The role requires strong English communication, 5–7 years in QA Automation, and a proactive, cross-team mindset within a hybrid environment based in Madrid.

Formación

• 5–7 years of QA Automation/Test Engineering experience in international environments.
• Experience setting up standards and frameworks across multiple teams.
• Strong hands-on knowledge of test automation tools and CI/CD.

Responsabilidades

• Define, implement, and continuously improve test automation frameworks and standards across C&D.
• Engage with teams to identify testing needs and opportunities for improvement.
• Promote QA best practices and the NN QA Maturity Model.
• Design and implement automated tests across TEST and ACC environments.
• Build reusable QA automation patterns and solutions.
• Investigate recurring issues and drive structural improvements.
• Monitor collaboration across TEST and Acceptance environments and share knowledge.
