Jobgether is seeking a Creative Producer based in Spain to shape and execute high-performing ad creatives across paid channels, including Meta and Google, within a fast-paced mobile app environment.

You will lead a team of designers, collaborate with UA, creative strategy, and AI-driven teams, and implement iterative tests to drive ROAS, engagement, and user growth across European markets.

Formación

• 5+ years of experience in creative production.
• 2+ years of experience leading creative teams.
• Strong understanding of paid media ecosystems (Meta, TikTok, Google Ads).
• Experience producing video and static creatives for UA campaigns.
• Background in motion design or hands-on creative development.
• Strong analytical mindset to translate data into creative iterations.
• Experience with AI tools and integrating them into workflows.
• Excellent organizational, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills.

Responsabilidades

• Lead end-to-end creative production across Meta, Google, TikTok and other paid media channels.
• Define and execute creative direction with UA managers, strategy, and AI-driven teams.
• Mentor a team of motion and graphic designers and manage production cycles and sprints.
• Oversee briefs, feedback loops, timelines, and quality control across campaigns.
• Design, implement, and evaluate creative testing strategies with performance insights.
• Scale experimentation frameworks and optimize workflows for rapid content testing.
• Collaborate with marketing, UA, and platform partners to tailor creatives to channels.
