Aderen is seeking a QA Lead to define and drive the quality strategy across a backend-centered, multi-squad program in Alicante, Spain. You will coordinate QA activities, balance testing and governance, and establish a robust QA operating model.

You will work with Product, Architecture, DevOps and external stakeholders to embed quality throughout delivery, including API and integration testing, with a pragmatic, delivery-focused approach.

Formación

• Experience leading QA in complex software delivery environments.
• Proven ability to coordinate QA across multiple squads.
• Strong backend/API testing expertise.
• Fluent English (spoken and written).

Responsabilidades

• Define and maintain the overall QA strategy and governance.
• Coordinate QA activities across squads with consistent standards.
• Oversee API, integration, and contract testing coverage.
• Ensure quality validation around authentication, authorization, and service interactions.
• Collaborate with Product, Architecture, DevOps, and external stakeholders.
• Support audit readiness and release readiness decisions.
