Jobgether is recruiting a Senior Test Analyst in Spain to lead testing and business readiness for a consumer-facing digital solution. The role blends hands-on software testing with defect management, data validation, training materials, and deployment support in an Agile setup.

You will collaborate with Product Owners, Business Analysts, SMEs, and technical teams to ensure releases meet requirements, acceptance criteria, and user expectations, with a focus on AI-assisted testing and knowledge

Formación

• 5+ years coordinating software testing with business users, analysts, SMEs, and technical teams.
• 5+ years hands-on UAT, functional, regression, integration, end-to-end testing.
• 5+ years identifying, documenting, tracking defects and validating fixes.
• 5+ years data validation and integration testing.
• 5+ years working in Agile or iterative delivery environments.
• 5+ years developing end-user training materials and knowledge transfer content.
• Experience using AI/Generative AI tools to support testing and documentation.

Responsabilidades

• Plan, develop, and execute test scenarios, scripts, and test cases aligned with requirements and acceptance criteria.
• Perform UAT, functional, regression, integration, data validation, and end-to-end testing.
• Coordinate testing activities with business users, Product Owners, BAs, SMEs, and technical teams.
• Identify, document, track, prioritize, and manage defects, including severity and validation of fixes.
• Validate data and integrations to ensure correct information flows and functionality.
• Support testing and delivery activities within Agile environments.
• Develop and maintain end-user training materials, guides, and knowledge-transfer content.
• Facilitate user walkthroughs, demonstrations, and training sessions.
• Support deployment readiness, go-live, and post-implementation stabilization.
