Qualifications

• Experience in a sales development, business development, or outbound role.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills across channels.

Responsibilities

• Generate new business opportunities through inbound and outbound prospecting.
• Identify, research, and qualify prospective clients and understand their needs.
• Create and execute outreach sequences with personalized emails and calls.
• Engage existing customers to identify cross-sell opportunities.
• Educate and nurture leads toward qualified meetings.
• Maintain accurate lead data in CRM and sales tools.
• Collaborate with Account Executives for smooth handoff of opportunities.
• Refine lead-generation processes with marketing and sales teams.
• Hit monthly/quarterly targets for meetings and pipeline.
