EY GDS Spain in Málaga is seeking a Senior SAP SuccessFactors Time Management Consultant to shape scalable time solutions. You will design, configure and deploy Time Off and Time Tracking modules across international client projects, driving end-to-end implementations with a hands-on approach.

You’ll lead workshops, collaborate with HR, Payroll and IT teams, and ensure smooth go-lives while delivering high-quality documentation and knowledge transfer. Hybrid work from Málaga is offered.

Formación

• Strong hands-on SAP SuccessFactors Time Off and Time Tracking configuration.
• Experience with end-to-end SAP SuccessFactors Time Management implementations in multi-country settings.
• Ability to translate business requirements into scalable solution designs.
• Fluent English, written and spoken; degree in a related field.

Responsabilidades

• Design, configuration and deployment of SAP SuccessFactors Time Off and Time Tracking solutions.
• Lead workshops, translate processes into designs, configure time types, profiles, calendars and accruals.
• Configure Time Tracking capabilities and integrate with payroll and Employee Central.
• Execute testing cycles and support UAT, cutover and production deployment.
• Produce documentation and deliver knowledge transfer and hypercare support.
• Collaborate with HR, Payroll, Employee Central, Integration, Security and Data teams across international environments.
