You will lead end-to-end configuration, workshops and enablement, collaborating with HR, IT and business partners to optimize our global deployments and drive value.

Fluent English (C1) is essential; we offer mobile working options, professional mentoring and a modern workplace to support your development.

Formación

• Several years of professional experience as an SAP SuccessFactors Consultant, with a strong focus on Performance & Goals and Learning.
• Solid understanding of HR processes and translating business needs into system solutions.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Responsabilidades

• Lead end-to-end configuration, enablement and workshops for SAP SuccessFactors Learning and Performance & Goals.
• Collaborate with HR, IT and business partners to optimize global deployments and drive value.
• Plan and manage initiatives to advance Talent & Learning technology across the organization.
