Drees & Sommer SE is seeking a skilled SAP SuccessFactors Consultant to drive digital HR transformation from our Malaga office. You will shape end-to-end Talent & Learning strategies, implement Learning and Performance modules, and collaborate with HR, IT and business units on cutting-edge HR technology initiatives.

You will lead workshops, configure systems, and own updates to global HR solutions while engaging stakeholders across functions to maximise efficiency and business value.

Formación

• Several years of professional experience as an SAP SuccessFactors Consultant, with a strong focus on Performance & Goals and Learning
• Solid understanding of HR processes and experience translating business requirements into effective system solutions
• Strong consulting, analytical and problem-solving skills with a customer-focused mindset
• Experience facilitating workshops and managing stakeholders across HR, IT and business functions
• Excellent communication, presentation and interpersonal skills
• High English level (C1)

Responsabilidades

• Advise HR stakeholders in end-to-end implementation and optimization of SAP SuccessFactors Learning and Performance & Goals.
• Analyze requirements and design scalable HR solutions leveraging AI capabilities.
• Lead workshops and configure Learning and Performance modules.
• Own dedicated functional areas and drive global Talent & Learning technology evolution.
• Plan and coordinate complex Talent Management projects with HR, IT and partners.

Your responsibilities

• Drive Digital Transformation: Advise and support our HR stakeholders in the end-to-end implementation, enhancement and optimization of SAP SuccessFactors Learning and Performance & Goals.
• Design Future-Oriented Solutions: Analyze business requirements, challenge existing HR processes and design scalable, cutting-edge solutions—leveraging AI capabilities and emerging technologies to keep our systems ahead of the curve.
• Hands-on Configuration & Enablement: Lead workshops, present best practices and independently configure both the Learning and Performance & Goals modules to continuously elevate user experience, process efficiency and business value.
• Take End-to-End Ownership: Assume full responsibility for your dedicated functional areas from day one, drive strategic initiatives and actively shape the evolution of our global Talent & Learning technology landscape.
• Lead Impactful Projects: Plan, manage and coordinate complex Talent Management system projects in close, collaborative partnership with HR functions, business stakeholders, internal IT teams and external implementation partners.
