HCLTech is seeking an experienced SAP ECS Engagement Manager to own client relationships and drive service delivery across ECS engagements. You will collaborate with SAP Services, product teams, and hosting partners to ensure successful delivery and value realization.

The role requires strong client management, SAP product knowledge, and hands-on upgrade/cloud experience, with preference for up-to-date communication skills in English. Remote-based in Spain with potential on-site visits.

Formación

• 5-7 years experience in SAP Basis domain.
• Customer facing experience 2-3 years.
• Knowledge of SAP products & services (RISE, S/4HANA, BTP, HANA Database, SaaS solutions).
• Hands-on experience in upgrades, OS/DB migration & cloud is preferred.
• Good communication skills in English.

Responsabilidades

• Owns, develops and supports growth of the client relationship for SAP ECS.
• Voice of the client within SAP and escalation point for ECS issues.
• Accountable for ECS client engagement and service delivery.
• Aligns with SAP Services, SAP Product support, ECS partners and hosting partners.
