HCLTech is seeking a SAP ECS account manager with strong client relationship skills to own and grow ECS engagements. You will coordinate with SAP, product teams and partners to ensure successful service delivery, while driving cloud transformation and upsell opportunities.

The role requires 5-7 years in SAP Basis, plus customer-facing experience and English communication. Remote-based in Spain with flexible on-site as needed.

Formación

• 5-7 years of experience in SAP Basis domain.
• Customer facing experience (2-3 years)
• Knowledge of SAP products and services (RISE, S/4HANA, BTP, HANA, SaaS)
• Hands-on upgrades, OS/DB migrations & cloud experience preferred
• Good communication skills in English

Responsabilidades

• Owns, develops and supports growth of the client relationship for SAP ECS.
• Acts as the voice of the client within SAP and escalation point for ECS issues.
• Ensures ECS service delivery is aligned with stakeholders across SAP, ECS partners and customers.
• Proactively positions new ECS offerings and upsells with SAP Sales team.
• Drives cloud transformation adoption of S/4HANA and cloud standardization.
• Tracks growth and upsell opportunities throughout the engagement lifecycle.
• Spend time on sustainable account management and on occasion support pre-sales activities.
