HCLTech is seeking a SAP Basis Client Delivery Manager in Las Palmas de Gran Canaria, Canary Islands, Spain to lead ECS engagements for SAP clients. You will own the client relationship, represent the voice of the client within SAP, and drive service delivery with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities include coordinating with SAP Services, product support, partners and customer SI/Hosting partners; advancing the cloud transformation agenda, aiming for S/4HANA adoption, and expanding ECS

Formación

• 5-7 years of SAP Basis experience.
• 2-3 years of customer-facing work.
• Knowledge of SAP products and services (RISE, S/4HANA, BTP, HANA).
• Excellent written and spoken English communications.

Responsabilidades

• Owns and grows client relationship for SAP ECS.
• Serve as client voice within SAP and escalation point.
• Ensure ECS service delivery across stakeholders.
• Drive cloud transformation and S/4HANA adoption.
• Plan and manage engagement lifecycle from onboarding to off-boarding.
• Support SAP Sales during pre-sales when needed.
• Spend up to 20% onsite at client location.
